American model Amber Rose is heading to Nigeria to host the first ever ‘Music Meets Runway’ function. Banky W will co-host the event with her at the Expo Centre, Eko Hotel and Suites, in Lagos, Nigeria on Saturday, July 9 2011. The event will honour ten of Nigeria’s biggest musicians as well as ten Nigerian fashion designers.
And you know they’re going big on this. Check it out, the music stars include: Naeto C, Duncan Mighty, D’ Prince, Sasha, Shank, Tiwa Savage and the UK’s Dotstar from the UK among others. If you’re in Nigeria over the weekend of the 9th you’ll also get to see some hot fashion trends from designers such as Vonne Couture, Meena, Viva La Resistance, Toju Foyeh, Babuhska, Obsidian and Republic Of Foreigner.
