Breaking In, the directorial debut of award-winning actress Adepero Oduye (“Pariah,” “12 Year a Slave”), will be screening on Saturday, April 23rd at BAM ( Brooklyn Academy of Music). Set in Sunset Park, the short film chronicles that moment when black boys in America are first stopped by the police and get “broken in.”
