Wherever you are, stop and take a deep breath. No really, inhale all the way in, and slowly let it out. Again. And again. Now you are ready to meditate. Let your thoughts relax and imagine that you are the captain of your soul…

What if  your mouth is the most potent sexual organ of your body, imagine how you would use it as a creative force?

What if your thoughts and emotions emitted colors, sounds and odor that attracts specific people and experiences into your life, what would you think and what colors would you choose to feel?

What if your eyes were literal lamps and their brightness or dimness affected the rest of your energy points, how bright or how dim would you make them?

What if your breath was coded with information just like your DNA, and each breath you give out is able to alter your environment and reality, would each breath become a prayer?

What if the story of Christ is an unending story and God is being born all over again in every newborn, how would you treat a baby, a child and others around you?

What if the moment you left your mother’s womb you just transitioned into Mother Earth’s womb, which is why you are made mostly of water and surrounded by water, how would you choose to flow and to grow in this womb?

What if your feet are the umbilical cord that connects you to this new womb, how connected are you?

As you continue mediating, remember to walk the earth gently and softly. The Yorubas often say “jeje laiye gba”. Remember to love always, for this is the most powerful force. Finally, remember to walk upon the earth with mindfulness, for within it, your present life is nurtured an preserved.
